Doosan Infracore has won consecutive orders for construction equipment from large customers in the Middle East. 

Doosan Infracore said on September 3 (Thursday) that it has won a contract for 10 50-ton excavators (DX520LCA) over a leading global construction machinery company in a large excavator bid conducted by a Saudi Arabian builder. 

In the bid, Doosan Infracore presented a 50-ton excavator optimized for customer demand, and was particularly highly praised for its performance, price and service.
 

Due to the high satisfaction with Doosan Infracore equipment, the client company is putting various Doosan construction machines into large-scale construction projects underway in the Riyadh region of Saudi Arabia. 

Earlier this year, the company also purchased 10 units of Doosan Infracore's Refractive Dump Trucks (ADT) and is operating a total of 50 Doosan equipment, including the new 70-ton excavator, wheel loader and ADT. 

Although the construction machinery market in the Middle East has recently been stagnant in the wake of oil prices and Corona 19, Doosan Infracore has maintained a market share of more than 10 percent by making efforts to secure large customers by launching competitive new products and actively launching activities for "Doosan Care" a customer-tailored integrated service solution.

"We are strengthening our product lineup, including large excavators, so that we can flexibly respond to customers and competition situations," said an official at Doosan Infracore. "We will focus on expanding sales in Middle Eastern countries where large excavators such as Saudi Arabia and the UAE have a high proportion of large excavators."
